Nutzungsbedingungen & Community-Regeln (Metalliverse)

1. Zugang und Mitgliedschaft

Das Metalliverse ist eine exklusive Community.
Der Zugang ist nur mit einem gültigen Einladungscode möglich, der über eine kostenpflichtige Mitgliedschaft auf metalunites.de oder metalunites.com erworben wurde.

2. Zahlungsbedingungen & Kündigung

Vertragslaufzeit: Die Mitgliedschaft wird für jeweils ein Jahr (12 Monate) abgeschlossen.

Automatische Verlängerung: Das Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch um ein weiteres Jahr, sofern die automatische Verlängerung nicht vor Ablauf der aktuellen Periode auf der Zahlungsplattform (metalunites.de/.com) deaktiviert wird.

Keine Rückerstattung: Bei einer vorzeitigen Kündigung oder der eigenständigen Löschung des Kontos erfolgt keine anteilige Rückerstattung der bereits gezahlten Jahresgebühr. Der Anspruch auf den Zugang erlischt mit der Löschung des Kontos.

3. Kontolöschung & Daten

Du hast jederzeit das Recht, dein Konto in den Profileinstellungen zu löschen. Gemäß der Friendica-Datenschutzerklärung werden dabei deine personenbezogenen Daten von diesem Server entfernt. Beachte, dass Beiträge, die bereits in das globale Fediverse (an andere Server) föderiert wurden, dort außerhalb unseres direkten Einflusses liegen können.

4. Verhaltensregeln (Code of Conduct)

Wir sind eine internationale Gemeinschaft, die auf Respekt, Leidenschaft für Musik und Zusammenhalt basiert. Damit das so bleibt, ziehen wir eine klare rote Linie. Wer diese Linie überschreitet, fliegt – ohne Diskussion und ohne Rückerstattung des Beitrags.

- Null Toleranz für Hass & Hetze
Rassismus, Sexismus, Homophobie oder jede Form von Diskriminierung haben im Metalliverse genauso keinen Platz wie Beleidigungen und Bedrohungen.
Metal ist Vielfalt. Wer Hetze verbreitet, verlässt das Metalliverse sofort.

- Verfassungsfeindlichkeit & Extremismus
Wir dulden keine Symbole, Texte oder Propaganda, die verfassungsfeindlich sind oder extremistische Ideologien verherrlichen. Das Metalliverse dient dem Austausch über Musik und Kultur, nicht als Plattform für politische Radikalisierung.
Außerdem sind wir Gesetzen verpflichtet.

- Konsequenzen & Identifizierbarkeit
Da wir ein geschlossenes, zahlungspflichtiges Netzwerk sind, ist Anonymität kein Schutzschild für Straftaten.
• Sofortiger Bann:
Bei Verstößen gegen diese Regeln wird der Account permanent gesperrt.
• Strafverfolgung: Bei strafrechtlich relevanten Inhalten (z. B. Volksverhetzung, Drohungen) behalten wir uns vor, die vorliegenden Zahlungsdaten und Identitätsmerkmale aus dem Anmeldeprozess an die zuständigen Strafverfolgungsbehörden zu übermitteln.
• Zivilrecht: Wir werden rechtliche Schritte einleiten, sollte dem Netzwerk oder dem Betreiber durch dein Verhalten Schaden entstehen.

5. Eingeschränkte Funktionen

Bestimmte Funktionen innerhalb der Plattform sind Administratoren vorbehalten. Sollten Sie beim Klicken auf einen Link die Meldung „Zugriff verweigert“ erhalten oder keine Inhalte sehen, handelt es sich um eine geschützte Funktion (z. B. das Einladen neuer Mitglieder außerhalb des offiziellen Bezahlsystems). Dies stellt keinen Fehler des Systems dar.

1. Access and Membership

Metalliverse is an exclusive community.
Access is only possible with a valid invitation code, which is obtained through a paid membership at metalunites.de or metalunites.com.

2. Payment Terms & Cancellation

Contract Term: Membership is for one year (12 months).
Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews for another year unless automatic renewal is deactivated on the payment platform (metalunites.de/.com) before the end of the current period.

No Refunds: In the event of early termination or account deletion, no pro-rata refund of the annual fee already paid will be issued. The right to access expires upon account deletion.

3. Account Deletion & Data

You have the right to delete your account at any time in your profile settings. In accordance with the Friendica Privacy Policy, your personal data will be removed from this server. Please note that posts already federated into the global Fediverse (on other servers) may be outside our direct control.

4. Code of Conduct

We are an international community based on respect, a passion for music, and solidarity. To ensure this remains the case, we draw a clear red line. Anyone who crosses this line will be removed – no discussion and no refund.

- Zero Tolerance for Hate & Incitement
Racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination have no place in the Metalliverse, just like insults and threats.
Metal is diversity. Anyone spreading hate speech will be removed from the Metalliverse immediately.

- Unconstitutional and Extremist Content
We do not tolerate symbols, lyrics, or propaganda that are unconstitutional or glorify extremist ideologies. The Metalliverse serves as a platform for exchanging ideas about music and culture, not for political radicalization.
Furthermore, we are bound by law.

- Consequences & Identifiability
Since we are a closed, paid network, anonymity is not a shield against criminal activity.

• Immediate Ban:
Accounts that violate these rules will be permanently banned.
• Law Enforcement: In cases of criminally relevant content (e.g., incitement to hatred, threats), we reserve the right to forward the payment information and identification details obtained during the registration process to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Civil Law: We will take legal action if your behavior causes damage to the network or its operator.

5. Restricted Functions

Certain functions within the platform are reserved for administrators. If you receive an "Access denied" message when clicking on a link or do not see any content, this is a protected function (e.g., inviting new members outside the official payment system). This is not a system error.

Musik im Fokus: Diskussionen über Musik, Bands, Konzerte und Equipment sind das Herzstück der Plattform.
Offenheit mit Grenzen: Natürlich sind auch andere Themen erlaubt – wir sind eine Gemeinschaft von Menschen, nicht nur von Musikhörenden. Solange der Austausch respektvoll bleibt und nicht gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen verstößt, ist fast alles willkommen.
Qualität vor Quantität: Da es keine Algorithmen gibt, die dich "bespaßen", lebt der Raum von euren echten Beiträgen.
2. Mitgestaltung: Gruppen & Ideen
Das METALLIVERSE wächst durch euch.
Wenn dir etwas fehlt, kannst du aktiv werden:
Gruppen vorschlagen: Wenn du eine neue Szene oder ein Thema vermisst, schreib eine Mail an metal@metalliverse.de.
Club-Vorteil: Ab 5 zahlenden Mitgliedern könnt ihr eine eigene, kostenlose Gruppe für euren Fanclub oder Verein beantragen.
Eigeninitiative: Du kannst deinen Account in den Einstellungen selbst zu einer Gruppe oder einem Forum umfunktionieren, um eine eigene kleine Community zu starten.
3. Technische Spielregeln (Netiquette & System)
Damit das dezentrale Netzwerk aus 25 Instanzen sauber funktioniert, gelten folgende Regeln:
Sichtbarkeit: Nutze Hashtags von Anfang an in deinen Posts, damit man dich über die Suche findet. Nachträgliches Bearbeiten fügt Tags nicht in den Suchindex ein – nutze in diesem Fall die Kommentarfunktion.
Daten-Hygiene: Jeder User kann sich mit einer E-Mail-Adresse nur einmal anmelden.
Verfallsdaten: Nutze gerne die Funktion für automatischen Inhalts-Verfall, um deinen digitalen Fußabdruck klein zu halten.
Respekt: Kein Feed-Chaos und kein Algorithmus-Druck bedeuten auch, dass wir auf gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme angewiesen sind.

Music in Focus: Discussions about music, bands, concerts, and equipment are at the heart of the platform.
Openness with Limits: Of course, other topics are also welcome – we are a community of people, not just music listeners. As long as the exchange remains respectful and doesn't violate the terms of service, almost anything is welcome.
Quality over Quantity: Since there are no algorithms to "entertain" you, the space thrives on your genuine contributions.
2. Participation: Groups & Ideas
METALLIVERSE grows through you.
If you're missing something, you can get involved:
Suggest a group: If you're missing a new scene or topic, send an email to metal@metalliverse.de.
Club Benefit: With 5 or more paying members, you can request your own free group for your fan club or association.
Self-initiative: You can convert your account into a group or forum in the settings to start your own small community.
3. Technical Rules (Netiquette & System)
To ensure the decentralized network of 25 instances functions smoothly, the following rules apply:
Visibility: Use hashtags in your posts from the start so you can be found via search. Editing a post later will not add tags to the search index – in this case, use the comment function.
Data hygiene: Each user can only register once with one email address.
Expiration dates: Feel free to use the automatic content expiration function to minimize your digital footprint.
Respect: No feed chaos and no algorithm pressure also mean that we depend on mutual consideration.

Privacy Statement

At the time of registration, and for providing communications between the user account and their contacts, the user has to provide a display name (pen name), an username (nickname) and a working email address. The names will be accessible on the profile page of the account by any visitor of the page, even if other profile details are not displayed. The email address will only be used to send the user notifications about interactions, but wont be visibly displayed. The listing of an account in the node's user directory or the global user directory is optional and can be controlled in the user settings, it is not necessary for communication.

This information is required for communication and is passed on to the nodes of the communication partners and stored there. Users can enter additional personal information that may be transmitted to the communication partner's accounts.

At any point in time a logged in user can export their account data from the account settings. If the user wants to delete their account they can do so at https://metal.metalliverse.de/settings/removeme. The deletion of the account will be permanent. Deletion of the data will also be requested from the nodes of the communication partners.
